Description
Added stability for seatbelt-installed child restraints.
The InfaSecure Gated Buckle is designed to help provide a more stable installation for compatible child restraints fitted using the vehicle seatbelt. It converts the vehicle's lap-sash seatbelt into a lap-only configuration, helping reduce unwanted belt movement and supporting a secure restraint installation.
Designed as an alternative to an Exactus / double T fitting, the Gated Buckle can be fitted on either the buckle side of the seatbelt or the adjacent side, providing flexibility depending on the position of the child restraint in your vehicle. It is suitable for use with InfaSecure child restraints featuring an in-built harness, with installation instructions included to help guide correct fitting. The Gated Buckle is designed to conform to Australian Standard AS/NZS 8005:2013.
