1.3 Infa Group is the owner or authorised user of all intellectual property including but not limited to trade marks, logos, names and designs, whether registered or unregistered, and other marks that are otherwise owned or licensed to Infa Group in and associated with this Website (collectively "intellectual property"), and any improvements or modifications to such intellectual property. All Infa Group's innovations are protected by patents and design registrations pending and granted. The use or misuse of any of Infa Group's intellectual property is prohibited without the prior written permission of Infa Group.

2.1 The information on this Website is for information purposes only.

2.2 In describing or detailing the products on the Website, including, but not limited to, prices, images or photographs of products, we attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or details or any other content of our products and services are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.

2.3 The colours of the products represented on the Website are as accurate and close to the actual colour of the products sold by us, however, slight variation between the two may be unavoidable from time to time. We do not warrant that the colours of the products that are represented on the Website will be identical to the colour of the products that you receive if you order any of those products from us.

2.4 Some products displayed on this Website may be unavailable, out of stock or only offered for a limited time only. We make no representation as to the continued availability of any Infa Group product. While we intend to carry sufficient inventory to service all customer requests, we may not be able to fill all orders for advertised product. Products seen on our Website may not be available at every location or for purchase from any retailer.

2.5 Items sold on a clearance, sale or as featured item are sold as is. Limited stock is available on all such items and once sold out, such products are no longer available. No returns or refunds are available on items purchased during a clearance sale event for "change of mind" or incorrect purchases. 4.1 By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product subject to the following conditions. In the event that any term within these conditions conflict with any other terms of sale that may be provided to you at the time of sale, the latter will prevail to the extent of the conflict and inconsistency.

4.2 All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

4.3 Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

4.4 When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming receipt of your order. The email will only be an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the products will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.

4.5 Prices for products advertised on this Website are for purchases of products on this Website only. Prices advertised on this Website do not apply to your purchase of the same products via any retailer.

4.6 On receiving your order you must inspect the products and notify Infa Group within 5 days of any issues with your products. Otherwise, you release Infa Group from any claim or demand arising from the short delivery of products or any fault or damage to the products before your use of the products.

4.7 We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes, which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made through this Website. The conditions of use relation to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.

4.8 All references to $ and dollars on this Website are to Australian currency and payments can only be made in Australian dollars.

4.9 Prices are inclusive of GST. Delivery costs will also be charged and such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and are included in the "total cost".

4.10 Infa Group reserves its rights to change prices without notice to you.

4.11 Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on this Website are accurate, errors, including processing errors, may occur. If we discover an error in the price or payment of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If the order is cancelled and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

4.12 This Website may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on the information on the Website that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms or return policies.

4.13 From time to time Infa Group may make available to you various payment methods for the manner through which you may pay for the products at checkout, which may include payments through third party providers such as Pay Pal and Afterpay. If you choose to make payments via third party providers you must comply with all eligibility requirements of the third party provider and comply with the third party provider's terms and conditions.

5.1 "Bonus" offers and "gifts with purchase" offers are available at time of purchase during the promotion period while stock lasts and limited to one per customer. If the purchased item is returned, the bonus or gift must also be returned or its value will be deducted from the refund. All offers are subject to stock availability. Offers are not available in conjunction with any other offer. Bonuses or gifts cannot be redeemed for any other offer or for cash or credit.

5.2 This clause applies to any promotions where you must redeem a promotional code to obtain the promotional offer.

(a) The promotional code is valid on the qualifying products as specified in the offer issued with the promotional code ("Promo Products"). 6.1 Gift cards are like cash.

6.2 Gift cards are redeemable for products for sale on this Website only and the gift card must be entered during the checkout process. The gift cards can only be redeemed on this Website.

6.3 Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, or at any retailer, or to purchase another gift card.

6.4 Gift cards will generally expire on the date stated on each gift certificate. On expiry, the gift card is no longer redeemable for product purchases.

6.5 If you are giving the gift card to someone else, you must let them know that these terms and conditions apply and ensure they know the expiry date of the gift card.

6.6 Defaced, altered, lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.

6.7 Any unused balance on the gift cards on expiry will not be refunded or credited.

6.8 When you undertake a purchase using a gift card, you are acknowledging that the transaction correctly represents the purchase price of the products obtained and agreeing to pay the purchase price of the transaction by the reduction of the value of the gift card by a corresponding amount.
